As we shape the future of work there is no one right answer and being agile, brave and willing to fail is likely to be a key element in creating the future of work.

Previous experiments have focused on a wide variety of areas including; new ways of approaching work and people, organisational structures, flexible working, flattened hierarchies, approaches and solutions relating to gig and platform work, diversity and inclusion, redefining career paths, rethinking routes in to employment, tech and AI, supply chains, big data, bringing excluded groups in to the workplace and many more.
